In addition, we get off the beaten path and explore hidden gems known only to locals. From our beautiful home base on the edge of Loch Tay, we will venture out to charming villages, ruined castles and breathtaking glens. Our interaction with locals includes a private tour at a legendary coffee roastery, a chocolate tasting with a renowned chocolatier and a sumptuous private lunch at a Scottish smokehouse. From ancient standing stones hidden away in a farmer’s field to the architectural splendor of Edinburgh and St. Andrews, we will immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of the country known for “inventing the modern world.”
